Return & Refund Policy

At My Waifu Shop, every product is made on demand. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us: service@mywaifushop.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Lost orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and determine the best next step.

Size exchanges

Because our products are made on demand, we do not offer size exchanges if the item was produced correctly. Please review the product size guide carefully before placing your order.

Buyer’s remorse

We do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or personal preference. This includes situations where the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or product by mistake.

Custom and personalized products

Custom or personalized products are made specifically for the customer and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Wrong address, unclaimed packages, and refused deliveries

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refused delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs if a reshipment is requested.

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible defect or damage

Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
