These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MWS website and your purchases from MWS. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. About MWS

MWS operates this online store. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. Questions about an order or these Terms should be sent to service@mwsofficial.com.

2. Store use and eligibility

You must use this website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for activity performed through your account.

3. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to present product colors, dimensions and details accurately. Appearance can vary by screen, and minor production variations may occur. Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct errors in product information when necessary.

4. Made-to-order production

Many MWS products are made on demand after an order is placed. Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by destination, carrier operations, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order when required because of product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal restrictions or an inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method where possible.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices and currencies are shown at checkout. Taxes, duties, shipping and other applicable charges may be calculated or disclosed during checkout. Payment is handled by Shopify and available third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options and estimated delivery information are presented on the website or at checkout when available. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. 8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Made-to-order items generally cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse, an incorrect size selection or a change of mind, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

The website and its content—including branding, text, graphics, photographs, designs and product presentation—are owned by or licensed to MWS and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or exploit this content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Reviews, messages and submitted content

If you submit a review, message, image or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is lawful, accurate and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant MWS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for operating and presenting the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You may not use the website to break the law; infringe rights; transmit malicious code; scrape or interfere with the service; misrepresent your identity; attempt unauthorized access; or engage in fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, MWS, Shopify or the service.

12. Third-party services and links

The website can include services, payment methods or links provided by third parties. MWS does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your discretion and subject to their terms.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify also processes information to provide the commerce platform and checkout.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

16. Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to indemnify MWS against claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms or violation of another person’s rights.

17. Severability and waiver

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

19. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MWS and to the customer’s transaction. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s place of residence remain unaffected.
